I teach gifted education in an elementary setting. The older students enjoy long-term projects but the younger students need activities to help them develop their critical thinking skills. They are more compliant about learning when the activities are fun. This book provides fun, critical thinking activities for elementary age children. Some of the activities are very challenging. My only observation that is not entirely positive is that the levels are all mixed in together so finding things for students to complete takes a little time. If you are buying this for your children, they will enjoy it but you may need to assist with some activities.
